The art of teaching is condensed in so many activities that it seems to be impossible to handle it all at once. One of the roles all teachers have to face is the designing, the planning, the execution and the self-evaluation process of a Lesson Plan. To do so, it´s necessary to acquire experience in the development of them. There´s no other way subject to it. Part of the professional experience of a teacher is related to methods of teaching in which he will base the teaching process in a classroom. the best way for him to carry on with the syllabus is plan the activities he will develop with the students. The Lesson Plan will give him basis and guidance in the process itself to foresee all the issues he´d potentially face during class time.
We cannot conceive the idea of teaching a class without a planner. No matter if the teacher is experienced or not. Every activity needs to have a design, a time for it, materials, objectives or purposes, reaches, stages, products, practices, and assessment. These items got to be clear and done at specific times during the class. How could someone develop a plan if he doesn´t exactly have a plan?
Education is a very serious matter in which we are engaged and we are called to help it survive in the global crisis in al nations worldwide. We have to offer education that empowers people to find new horizons, visualize a better future, get personal goals through well preparation and over all: be concious of what there is in their surrounds and willing to offer chances to improve.
